Hello! I am Kristyn Arnold, Principal and Founder of Austin Executive Consulting, LLC. I am an Austin, TX born and raised champion of social impact.

- Board Chair of the Public School Foundation of the largest and most diverse public school district in the state of Iowa
- Managing Director of an affordable housing nonprofit and the largest provider of permanent supportive housing in the state of Iowa

As an experienced people leader with instincts for relationship management, business development, operations, mission alignment, stakeholder engagement, and especially organizational strategy, I am always eager to strategize action steps, even if we have to figure things out as we go.
